"Utopia"
A reclusive author/English professor is slowly losing his mind to Alzheimer's. One of his favorite students visits him regularly and helps care for him. The title is derived from a conversation between the main character and the professor, when the professor is having a "moment", and believes him to be his best friend who has been dead for twenty years. The main character narrates throughout.

"Whispers"
Lovecraftian horror (If you don't know what it is, look it up; Lovecraft is the Chuck Norris of horror). An unnamed narrator hears voices in his head, whispering to him. The tell him to carry out strange tasks, pleading for his help. He does, believing the voices to be benevolent. In the end, when his work is complete and the voices retake physical form, the man's last shred of sanity is used to weep for the horror he has unleashed. The evil he creates is never actually revealed; this is an important element of Lovecraftian horror.

"Metal"
A young boy, Krio, was innocently studying for his final exams. Days later, he finds himself in the midst of an all out war between men and aliens. The aliens abduct him and fill him with a lightwieght, indestructable metal that allows him to transform into several weapons and vehicles. He must now choose who to fight for and who to destroy...

One of the greatest artists of the century has created a new masterpiece he calls 'Evanslie', the name he gave his daughter. No one wants to by it because it is just a canvas smothered in red paint, nothing significant. Two days after, Evanslie is found lying in a hospital bed with every ounce of her blood gone. The artist goes insane and becomes a serial killer that has massacred half of the city. It is up to an eighty year old man, a living dead girl, and a talking Tabby cat to find out what happened.
