mac - had one - hard to get games for it
Linux - have one - don't get viruses or bugs. great for interweb
PC - have one - necessary because of proprietary software.

I own a Mac also! And let me tell U sumthin. Be careful about yer browsing habits even with Mac. I am currently infected with viruses. Now they aren't as bad as with a PC. But they do slow things down a tad. A Mac should run liek it did when it was brand new ALL the time as far as I'm concerned. And sadly that is no longer the case.

Luckily I think I'll be alright until I can purchase an anti-virus program. But that might be a while depending on how many hours work gives me and how quickly I can pay off my bills.

Yuh, They have a few of them out there. But I came across the type my computer has and it's not that powerful. BUT when I ran a scan I somehow got a Trojan virus. I didn't know that Trojans could effect macs. But I suppose they can! This computer is my mom's but when I get my laptop I'm gonna duel partition muh hard drive with Linux & Mac Panther. I REALLEH dun liek windows so I won't use it if I dun have to.
