I will try to make this without any help from any language.
In other words, I will try to make as few words sound like words from other languages
The Vowels:
A [father]
E [met]
I [me]
O [low]
U [do]
Y [bit]
There are a variety of accents, or diacritics.
The Macron, or Bar Above makes the vowel doubled WITH A GUTTORAL STOP!
The Grave is like adding the English 'y' to the beginning of it.
Ex- 'yah', 'yeh' 'yi', etc.
The Umlauts of Diaeresis is used to make the vowel nasal.
You RARELY see it. So rarely, I think I might remove it.
The Consonants:
B [book]
Ç [chat]
D [dog]
F [feather]
G [go]
H [hello]
J [jester]
K [camp]
Ķ [hard Russian 'KH' or German 'CH' sound]
L [let]
M [met]
N [not]
Ŋ [sing]
P [pick]
R [reed]
S [see]
Ş [short]
T [tight]
ß [thorough]
V [very]
W [what]
Z [zoo]
Ġ [measure]
Ai= eye
Oi- boy
Eo= eh+oh
Here is the script:

There are no capitals.
Numbers are Roman Numerals.
All are the same height, except with a modifier.
Y+ VOWEL looks like a grave accent.
It goes over the vowel that has the y sound in front of it.
The Doubler looks like a macron.
The consonant editor looks like an acute accent (this is used over a consonant to form the consonant in the parenthesis, get it?)
With these accents, the letter is half size.
The 'OE' is supposed to be 'OR'.
Typoooooo.
