I don't know the series nor the character, but her jaw needs to be less round since I imagine she isn't chibi. Like I've said before, you need to soften/smooth out your lines. I'm getting this feeling that you drew this with a marker, no line art done prior in pencil which would explain some of the errors -- it's advisable to draw everything and pencil and then re-do it with pen/marker. I think her nose is much too small, even if that's the style you're going for -- the eyebrows aren't in line with another, but besides that good job. I surely wouldn't done worse if I just started drawing without any line art (I have proof, and will scan it up and post it in my next post... when my scanner starts working).

Wow! I really wish I could draw Misha that good x.x Critique... I agree with Twisted Fate that her nose is a bit too small and that her face looks a little... Chubby. I also think her mouth is a bit too high up. Not that those really matter though. Great job on the eyes and clothing! You did the creases and such very well!
