The majority of the Elvish i know is Sindarin. Don't get me wrong, I'm no where near a fluent elvish speaker.(but thats why I made this guild (to teach and learn Elvish)).
Personally, I like Quenya more than Sindarin. Both in how its written, and how its said. Quenya is harder to pronounce than Sindarin but thats why i like it more. (its a challenge).
for all those people who are wondering where the Elvish dictionary is, its actually too long to post in the forums, but you can find it here.
For beginners, I would advise them to go to either Ardalambion (it is a very thorough site for beginners and provides much imformation about Tolkien himself and his other works.),or Council of Elrond (very good also, it contains an english-sindarin dictionary, sindarin-english dict. , quenya-english dict. , and an english-quenya dictionary along with lessons, workbooks, forum assitance, and encyclopedias. It's workbooks are extremely helpful and provides a great place to learn Elvish. You can find the workbooks here.)
Those are just a few Elvish sites to visit. If you want a full site list go to Glorfirith Annun's thread Everything Elvish Revamped.
Namárië mellyn!
