so last night, around 11, my neighbors decided it was time to vacuum their rooms. they kept it on for a surprisingly long time as our rooms are not that big. and then, about ten minutes after that, they turned it on again! and this was at 11 at night!
so this morning, i wake up around 10ish, because more people are vacuuming! gah! what's with all the sudden vacuuming going on?!
(as a note, hardly anyone on my floor ever vacuums unless they need to in order to check out or something like that)
