Sparta. They're impeccably educated and perfectly trained. And they have the balls to stand up for themselves without anyone's help.

I got to say Athens. I mean the way they treated girls was wrong. But hey considering this was a few centuries ago, pretty good. Besides they have the brains and they were taught to fight. Maybe not as well as Sparta but still.

I like Sparta because they have women rights, but Athens has all the poetry and art.
