My favorite anime is Honey and Clover (and the second season all together)
It's amazing and it should be checked out by you. ;D
My favorite manga is Absolute Boyfriend, and the final volume comes out sooner or later.... (darn America who can't translate Japanese faster)
I also enjoy:
-Naruto (would be better if it weren't for Kishimoto dragging on and on with the storyline)
-Death Note (L is my hero)
-Archlord (a manga most people haven't heard of, but the art is beautiful)
-Ultra Cute (the art's not as beautiful, but the storyline is awesome)

Favorite Anime: Death Note
Witch HUnter Robin
Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny
Full Metal Alchemist
Bleach
Ghost in the Shell
Favorite Manga: Death Note(because it's so good I must put it twice!)
Full Metal Alchemist (Because the plot is completely different after about volume 6 or 7)
Anything CLAMP(Tsubasa, Magic Knight Rayearth, Card Captors Sakura, X1999, etc)
Love Hina (hilarious)
Trigun
