She grinned, now feeling in good health! She slowly pushed herself up off of the ground, stretching left and right, and just working out her sore muscles. Jumping up and down lightly on her feet she smiled, feeling she was finally ready to return to her training. Though she had popped the balls, so she would have to do something other than kick ball... Her eyes wandered over to the outskirts of Shimagakure, over to where large bamboo shoots rose from the ground. A smile crossed her face, it was time to chop some wood! She began to walk towards the bamboo shoots, a smile across her face.

Rolaen glanced out the window, blinking a few times in surprise as he saw how dark it had become outside as the two of them had continued to try and advance along with the homework that Yuki had left for them when she had taken off for the Genin Ceremony. Shaking his head and letting out a sigh of clear disappointment in his clear lack of advancing as far as the rest of his class had in the same amount of tiem that they had been given, the young male Raiken hopped down from the desk and rolled out his shoulders, clearing his throat to get Rokugi's attention. "Hey, we should get be getting back to the dorms. The teachers tomorrow won't be too happy if they find out we stayed up all night, nor will learning be any sort of easy task."

The girl found that her feet had carried her back in the direction of the academy. A frown did cross her face this time, so far this place was just another burden to her, with bothersome people. Kolo, Rolean, that Tenmoki Yuki... all bothersome... So far Sekio was the only one she believed she could tolerate. But her thoughts were snagged away from her when she started to notice the ach in her legs becoming more and more noticable. She hadn't realized just how much she had been running, and pushing herself. It hadn't been till just then when she noticed that she was pretty sweaty, but honestly, she didn't much care, her looks where never of much importance to her.
Running
While the Sprint skill is used for short distance sprints, running for long treks helps your body get used to working for hours at a time. When you feel like you're about to drop, run another mile. When you feel like you're ready to die, run another 2 miles.

Stretching
Being a shinobi requires a lot of movement so you don't want to tear your muscles that easily. Stretch out every muscle in your body many times over to make sure you're ready to take on any challenge.

She wasn't going t let the stinging in her legs keep her from finishing. Least she could do was make it to the well where she had cleaned herself up. If she could make it there then she would be content. She had to admit, she was getting a little tired. So with that in mind, she made one final effort to push herself with all she had to make it to that well. The pounding of her feet matched the pounding of her heartbeat. Once the well was in site, she used a final burst of energy to sprint to the edge of it, and once there she dropped to her knees with a heavy sigh.
Akemi was proud of herself that she had pushed herself to finish. She then dumped her head stright into the well, letting the cool water soak her whole head. After a moment, she lifted her head out and shook her blond strands out, then ringing out the extra water. Now that she was starting to catch her breath, she started thinking about classes. Maybe she should go see Yuki again. That way she could inform her that Kolo had cought her up on the work she was forced to miss after she was kicked out, and then of course see what else Yuki had in store for her.

Kolo walked into the academy and looked at the almost familiar terrain. He remembered learning in this place almost as though it were yesterday. In fact, it was only yesterday, and what a long yesterday it was. He approached the door wit joy in his heart. He was antici[ating another wonderful day of learning at the Shimagakure Shinobi Academy. He saw a note perched upon the door. He read it with anticipation. "Well." He said, "I suppose I should go to the Tenmoki Household. I want to learn something I could use in the future." He placed his hands in opposite sleeves, and walked calmly to the Tenmoki household, hoping not to learn that which Shin was going to teach him that night.
