Me and dad went to test drive a Corolla today. We spotted it in a used car lot. We were pretty suprised to know it only has 87,000 kms on it, but they want like 9k for the darn thing. To top it off, the salesmen are so slick, I doubt we'll get back there to talk about the car. They're too slick and smooth to drop the price on us. They must be related to Bill Clinton or something because I'd bet you anything they can lie their way out of anything. Long story short, it's always a better deal to buy privatly rather than from a car dealer.

I see what you mean Triple and I also know what you mean by seconding it, what with how ripped off you got with your car. Damn I paid $800 for my car, put about $500 in work in it in the past 8 months, and have plenty saved up already to buy a new car. I made a good choice when it came to that, I also had parents that thought $2000 for a first car was way too much.

I was thinking about putting a cold air intake on my car. A 1993 Olds cutlass supreme with an awesome sound to it when you lay on the throttle. biggrin

I really don't understand why you would put anything in that car, i would sell it once i had enough money saved up and buy a car you could actually put a lot into.

Kurokage Sanada I really don't understand why you would put anything in that car, i would sell it once i had enough money saved up and buy a car you could actually put a lot into. You really don't see how good that car still is. OK the hood is crap, but it has any chance to last as long if not longer than your car.

Your car's in good shape for how much you paid but it's not a muscle car

Kurokage Sanada they are more sportier than oldsmobile now-a-days, back when my car came out, it was a luxury car, comparable to most cadillacs, which cadillacs now-a-days are better than bonnevilles.
