-Gabrielle tries not to laugh as Joxer runs around frantically with a crab attached to his butt. Noticing Xena looking off into the horizon, Gabby walks over to Joxer and takes one of her sais to the unfortunate crab. She picks up the remains and holds it in front of Joxer.-
This is not a Bacchae.. This is my lunch.
-Gabrielle sits down on the sand grinning to herself as she pulls open the crab's shell revealing it's smelly, watery meat inside. She slides the raw crab down her throat before slurping the juices out of the empty shell.-
Mmm. I haven't eaten all day. By the Gods, this is soo good.
...Want some?
-Gabby cracked open a claw and offers it towards Joxer.-

*rubs my bum an looks at deh bacchae crab in gabbys hand* yur eatin that!? eek *watches a gooey peice of whoknowswhat drip off deh meat* well um.... i just had a mouthful of sand so i think im set ninja *ignors deh smell of gross meat an barf an sits down next teh my trusty sidekick* mebbe some of deh other men are hungry! 3nodding *i look back to deh men. some of them are chewin on ther fingers an others start sexy dancin* whut...? they probably drank too much seawater ninja

-Gabrielle tosses the empty shell behind her and starts chewing the rubbery insides of the claw.-
You know.. It's kinda funny that we came all this way chasing after Xena's chakram just to get stranded on this gods-forsaken island.
-Gabby shakes her head and chuckles to herself before smashing open another crab leg.-

yea! that ish funny! xd *starts laughin way too much* how come that ship didnt get caught here? ninja we wer right behind them... well thass just unfair stare now we ish stuck on a island with loony sailors an a chakramless xena gonk shes probably startin teh get pretty cranky now that deh ships gettin even farther away ninja how about we try makin her a new one!? surprised *grabs some seaweed an starts tying it inteh a circle*

Who knows? Maybe they did get stranded, just not on this side of the island..
-Makes obnoxious slurping noises while sucking on a crab leg shell while Joxer makes his "chakram".-
Joxer! That gives me an idea!
-Gabrielle wipes her mouth with the back of her hand-
Doesn't Ares have the chakram of light? We could just ask him to give it to Xena and then we don't have to keep searching for her old one!

thers another chakram? eek *thinks for a few seconds...or longer since joxer takes a while teh think* well i still think my chakram ish pretty good! 3nodding *yells like xena an throws my seaweed chakram. it spins an gets a swooshy backround then lands half an inch in front of me* hm.... ninja ok i changed my mind! we culd try an get deh light 1! 3nodding ill get ares! *pulls out a quill an a parchment from my sheath*

Good plan..
-Gabby looks over at Xena who is pacing on the shore, but suddenly yells out and slashes into the sand with her sword. Gabrielle walks over to Xena and sees she killed a crab. Gabby picks up the crab happily and dusts the sand off while mischievously grinning. She then looks back up at Xena, who is still looking off into the distance with a strange and unfamiliar look in her eyes. Gabby puts a hand on her shoulder.-
Xena.. Are you ok?
-Xena snaps out of it and looks over at Gabrielle and says "Hm? Oh yeah. I'm fine, Gabrielle." before returning her gaze out into the water. Gabby took the hint and returned to Joxer with her crab.-
How's the letter so far?

-Gabrielle holds up her mangled crab proudly.-
You can bet your boots I do!
-Bars teeth and sits down getting ready to eat the crab but then finds out that it's still half alive. So she reaches over and grabs one of Joxer's mini daggers and spears it's head. She pulls the dagger out and tosses it towards Joxer.-
You sure you don't want any, Joxer?
-Opens the shell down the middle, and scoops out some flesh with her fingers before popping it into her mouth.-

((Aaarg! I'm tired of having to god-mod Xena. Hint hint, nudge nudge Riva. stare ))
-Gabrielle and Joxer both sang as loud as they could, however out of tune, and faithfully delivered verse after verse of Joxer's poem without mercy for any of the other people on the island. After a while, they became so focused on their attempt at singing, that neither of them noticed as Xena skillfully measured the distance to her escaping chakram before flying flipping through the air onto the deck of the pirate ship.-

-Athena appeared in a flash of golden light onto the island in front of Gabrielle and Joxer, causing them to stop with their singing.. Finally.-
Hey, it worked! ..Sort of. Athena?
-Gabrielle dropped the crab and pulled out her sais. They were hoping for Ares and his chakram, not the woman that helped with her kidnapping. Even if Athena helped Xena in the end, she still didn't completely trust the Goddess.-
What are you doing here?
-Athena smirked at Gabrielle's little knives, realizing that they were expecting Ares.-
I take pride in knowing that I am not that hairy god of war, but I can see that you're disappointed to see me in his place. Nevertheless, I'm here to help. You see, you haven't ship wrecked on just any old island, this is in the mermaids territory. And it just so happens that they curse whatever mortal who dares trespass. I'll tell you more once I get you both out of here.
Wait! Just the two of us? What about the rest of the crew? Or Joxer? Xena and I won't leave until-
-Gabrielle realizes that she hasn't noticed Xena pacing around a while, and looks around for any sign of the warrior princess.-
I'm sorry to tell you Gabrielle, but Xena has already left. And as for the crew..
-Athena waves her hand in the direction of the scattered crew, and they disappear to the harbor they came from, with no recollection of what happened.-
There. Let's go.
-Athena gave them a look that said that she was in no mood for arguing.-
Xena.. Just left?
-Gabrielle looked off into the distance wondering why she would just abandon her here. But before she could finish thinking, Athena, Gabby, and Joxer all disappeared from the island to mount Olympus.-

After taking quick control of the ship, and quick disposal of the resistance, the ship was on its course to Rome. Something was going on, and Xena was going to find out what it was. What better place to gather information than the place where all roads lead?
Although, Rome has always been a sensitive spot in her mind, but she decided it's time to rid herself of that weakness. Xena was going to send a messgae to the world. Evil Xena was back. Badder and stronger than ever. The world was going to change, and all who don't like it won't suffer with it for long.
(I'm not very sure what the plan is with her going to Rome, so I hope it can work with this.)
