Apparently, somebody changed the master's password without him knowing. He tried to log on with his regular password, but could not. Who should I contact so that the master could get his password back?
(BTW: If you don't know who the master is, it's Vlad.)

Your master can't exactly do that. You can't "contact" anyone.
You have to fill out a "forgotten password" form.
Either that, or if you use firefox, try going to your saved passwords.
Tools -> Options -> Security -> Show passwords

Why did I think of Torgo when I saw the title of this thread? I guess it's because I've been thinking about MST lately. XD
Anyways, have you tried "Forgot password" like Hirun suggested? It might work, unless the person changed the email, as well.
There's also the possibility of the fact that you might be pressing the wrongs keys or something. I remember once I had trouble logging in, and it turned out the problem was that I had capslock on, and only didn't realize it was because the username box would automatically assume I'm typing in `Aine Chievious, and was writing in the password as all caps. It doesn't seem like it's capslock, though. Maybe it's something else? XD
