Each box comes with a set of instructions. They help. Don't worry about it. Buy them, then read the instructions a few times, then give it a try. Don't buy the cardboard ones, buy the sport ones or the plastic ones.
smile That was mildly awkward for me to answer, so I know it must be a bit hard to ask for you. But if you still can't figure it out, ask your mom if you trust her, or it might be easier to ask a sister or school nurse.
