Alright I dont knwo how many of ya'll know this, but I have been trying to lose weight to go in the the servie( Witch one I dont know yet) about 3 years ago I weighed almost 300's I started working out and eating less more offten, I had tried the NO carb things(Dint work) Cut out almost all soda's, ate a lot less and more offten (To maintan matabolisem... yeah ...forgive the spelling people it is me talking here.) but I have finaly gotton to about 200 pounts but I still need to lose some more weight.

I wanted to know if any out there had any Idear's on the matter? Good exsercizes? good foods to eat, good rutens?

And also I wanted to chip in my 2 cents, I mean I'm still very fat but Atleast I have done something and I think I can help some people.

Like, Eat more times threw the day, and I dont mean sit down meals that stuff you, like have a Egg white omlet at 7 in the moring and then at 10 have a netragrain bar or something, then have lunch at 1-2ish(Meat's and low to mardarat carbs) then at about 4-5 have a apple or a banna and then have supper at 7 at the latist and then dont eat for the rest of the day. Drink lots of water threw out the day and nothing bnut it, you can add some of those powders that dont add too much but taste good(once drinking just water gets anoyying).
Sit down less. If you have a job that you stand most of the day, When no ones around crocuh so just your legs are bent and tence up your stomic, or push off things, theres also Isamatrics, where you push off the Invisable wall. You tensce up your mussels and move them. So do that for 10-15-30 Secs and you can feel the burn. all of these help. However the kicker is to be thinking about it all the time, becuse if you do that i'll thinki of things you can do when your just wlaking, like if I bend my leg more, or tense up a mussel well ytou walk or when you sit.

Also, Dont take too much from some of these diet pleaces...I mean I found this site Here That would even turn Sokka off meat....>_<
