Pft, no post from Zero!luv yet? FAIL! The next one is yours, srsly.
So, in our OOC fun we mostly get settled on twins, identical ones at that (Zero's idea) which would save the artist some work, at least in the first stage. X3 We keep going from a girl and a boy to two girls and back to girl and boy, but (I think) never to two boys. The influences we seem mostly to home in on are Banshee/Lament (Mourning, possibly?) and Funeral. Maybe Embalming too, yay for triplets!! Erh.. XD;
We can't really decide on the looks, but it is much fun to come up with new ideas. That they would/should inherit Nerg's white skin seems one of the few consistent ideas, but.. Goth-kid, emo-kid, fragile gothic lolitas, creepy Ring-Sadako lookalikes all have been mentioned. XDDD

Funeral
Gender: Female, though male would work just as well. :3
Looks: Fun mix of Mom and Dad? X3
Abilities: Create holes. They always are six feet deep. X3
About: Eerily quiet child. When she stares at you you get the feeling she's trying to figure out the proper measurements for your coffin. If we would get our wish of her and Lament being twins the two of them would be nigh inseparable, often one of them starting a sentence and the other one finishing it.
Likes: Peace and quiet. Digging. Shovels are her favorite toy - she isn't going to build sand castles if you take her to a playground, she'll just dig one hole after another. Practice embalming and mummification, if practice subject happens to be still alive she might give it a good whack with her shovel. XD; Undertakers. Gardening. Stonemasonry. Music, as long as it's sad. Her sibling(s). Uncle Ankou. Mom. Dad. Always trying to please Dad.
Dislikes: Loud and noisy. People who dig up the dead and disturb their peace. People who attempt to hurt her sibling(s).
Random: Would dress up all formal, pretty and frilly (edit: on second thought I think she'd be more the elegant type, not as much going for ruffles) for actual burials, but actually prefers practical clothes. Would be great friends with Caolan, Adri, and probably Orin too. X3 Also, since Endenis served the previous Funeral, she'd definitely be a kick-a** nanny for the little one. XDDD

Lament
Gender: Female, tho male could also work~
Looks: Fun mix of Mom and Dad, preferably identical to Funeral save for clothing choices
Abilities: I figure that as far as powers go she would be somewhat similar to Echo, but ill'd be happy if Ivy got creative with this~ I also figure that she might be able to sense when a person's death is coming to prepare accordingly.
About: Lament likes to sing, of course, but can only sing laments or sad songs. That's it. She can also only play a few select instruments, like the flute. While I figure she may be able to learn other instruments with time, she is never going to be able to sing anything else than sad songs and laments. If she tries, it just sounds wrong. In despite being the loud one, she's also the shyer one, and she tends to hide behind her twin alot when strangers are involved. She can be a fun, happy child, but there always seem to be some kind of errie sadness that follows her, as if she was also constantly mourning someone or something. Like my lovely Thablet said before me, as identical twins they would be almost inseparable, complete each other's sentences, and all that good stuff.
Likes: Singing, watching Fune dig holes, daddy fussing with her hair, mommy teaching her new things, overall following Fune as if she was her shadow. She's extremely amused if people get creeped out either because of Fune's looks or the fact that they are so identical. She's clingy to daddy and mommy both, but would look up a tad more to mommy since she's the one she can learn the most from. Does seem to like gardening, but only the non-messy parts such as trimming and watering the flowers and plants. Her sibiling(s). I honestly see the both of them as the "elder childs" if there are more, no matter from the same slot or not, and she would protect them in her own little way (she has one hell of a set of lungs to scream for daddy's help, after all >3) Uncle Ankou. Hiding behind the throne and watching/listening to daddy judge people, or hogging the second throne of the Underworld if there is still one. XD And apparently sitting on gravestones to sing OwO, Singing for people, especially for Fune since she always seem to like it.
Dislikes: People who mess up sis's hard work, being told she's creepy because she can't be all happycheeryblah constantly. Seeing her sibiling(s) upset or hurt. When Fune misses a shovel throw and she winds up covered in dirt D:
Random: She's the vain one. Extremely vain, she has to look pretty, and tends to wear frilly, gothic lolita-like clothing, constantly. If she winds up a he, just remove the frilly dresses. She tends to get a little frazzled/upset when dirty. Would think Caolan is omgsuperawesome, okay thanks. 8D

Also, I would like to mention that Lament can sing lullabies. The kind which puts you to sleep foreva. >3
Edit: Ahahahah, I just realized, Lament would be quite a little diva. XD

Lament = awesome idea. I can see the diva ... ah and her songs would be beautiful, haunting and slow. Argh, reminds me of a character from somewhere but I can't think where.
Funeral is cool too, you'd have to be careful if you were walking around where she had been playing.
Huuuge field of influence too, as there are so many different funeral traditions all over the world.
Also, she could just as easily have colourful aspects. That would be unnerving. Like, in Japan herses are awesomely gold and flashy (like a car with a temple on it) and the coffin gets covered in a really bright colourful cloth and not all funerals are peaceful doom and gloom. (*has visions of that Bond movie with the Jazz funeral procession*)

XDDD But I agree, Funeral would be a very fascinating deity to play, especially as a new one, not reborn. Strangely enough I picture her as quiet, yet surprisingly social once she's grown up. The funerals she attends personally, she'd always hang out for the dinner which comes afterwards (if there is one, depending on traditions), keeping people wondering if she's some distant cousin or something.. o_O; Yet she's also all business like, just like daddy.
