Description Well I have this chinese shirt that I never wear so I will add some lace and ribbons to the hems and make a flared skirt full with ribbons and lace.
Obstacles and Challenges Well I don't own a sewing machine. I never did this before and I'm on a $40 budget so I might even get all the stuff I need nor do I know what type of cloth to get.

Pearl Beads
Eyelet Lace
Ribbons
