Welcome to Project Element: Legacy. We would like to welcome any new members, current members, or returning old members from the days of old. We are an action based roleplay guild. We try to focuse on the elements of war and nature at the same time. It's all about trying to gain more land and territories before the other elementals have a chance to get to it. Smiling faces while secretly working towards one anothers downfall. Feel free to jump in where ever you please, we'll be waiting.

Established on Sun Jun 05, 2005 9:42 am, it was created to house two different roleplays owned by Elera_waking_shadow (currently reflected illusion), and Ace_elemental. The two roleplays were known as "souls of the dark" and "the elemental realms." So naturally when the guild was created it was called "Souls of Chaos and the Elemental Realms." Some of the members from those two roleplays soon became mods and the guild prospered. The guild's name changed maybe once or twice, and then a battle system was born. It was called the Legions of Chaos and it even had it's own seperate guild. But keeping up two guilds at once was more difficult and irratating than thought to have been, so the two guilds were merged into The Elemental Souls of Chaos. That is the time inwhich it gained most of its members. Then, sadly...in the spring of 2007 it died and was donated to a high school anime club called "The society for the study of modern visual culture" and it wasted away until March of 2008. The storyline is moved into the future and has new twists and turns. But it's back, and we're all here to stay.

Can I post here in this thread?
no, go to the Guild HQ
Why should I?
To be heard. Have a suggestion? Question? Something to say about the guild? Do it here. (plus we'll be more inclined to listen!)
Can I start a roleplay? Topic? Game?
If you have an idea for a smaller rp not based on the storyline of the guild please contact the mods and we'll let you know where you can create it. As for games or topics you can go crazy in the chatterbox.
Can I be a Crewmember?
We can always use a helping hand, it all depends on the current help. However, it always helps if you're active
Can we run our own events and contests in here?
Yes, but don't expect the guild to fund it.
Will you buy a subforum for me?
Please, we have around 9 or more and aren't using all of them. Just ask to rent one.
Can I create a private roleplay?
Yes. Same way you create an open one
What happens to dead threads?
Every once in a while, threads are moved to the recycling bin. This months threads are kept, last months threads are kept, but everything beyond that point is moved. If you want your thread deleted , PM a crewmember, or change the title to DELETE. If you want your thread saved after it's dead, change the title to DO NOT DELETE or PM a crewmember to have it locked and moved.
whats RP mean?
You'll see this a lot. An rp is a ROLEPLAY in other words, the stories you're writing in here.
Whats the crew?
the crew are the people controlling the guild, it include the the captain and vice captain also help with any questions you may have. They are all chosen by the captain
How do i get a pictures to show?
if your pics are on your computer, upload them to www.tinypic.com , then copy the  whats a bump?
bump stands for Bring Up My Post. its the way to make the who thread go up higher in the forum. But please, dont use it in rps.
How do i make the different font colors than gaia provides?

whats OOC mean?
that means out of character. to speak this way put (( )) around what you're going to say in a roleplay so you're not disrupting it.

To invite a friend it's as simple as either asking a mod or pming the fallowing form to one of the crew in a formal request (mainly for if you don't know any of the mods very well).

Anyone can be reported. However the reason why is more of the issue. We ask that you absolutely do not report anyone unless they are definately breaking one of the rules or have done so many times.
To report a member the fallowing form MUST be pm'd to one of the moderators. [b]username of violator:[/b]
[b]where:[/b]
[b]why:[/b]
[b]other:[/b] username of violator = person who you're reporting
where = where did they do it? Chatterbox? Rp? please provide a link to the page
why = what exactly are we looking for? what did they do wrong specifically?
other = other information you deem important but not required
-Example-
username of violator: Glowgirl
where: chatterbox here
why: was bashing another member
other: none
From there it will end up in the council where the mods will decide if the member shall recieve a warning or not.
Violation system
1st violation - warning
2nd violation - warning and temp ban for 5 days
3rd violation - banned from guild
