I was wondering what everyone thought about Soom Dolls. How is the Quality? posability? How is the resin?

I have a soom gena sitting on my shelf, looking very beautiful. Her resin is slightly yellow but that's how she was made. I've had her over two years now and she hasn't yellowed at all. She is quite sturdy but kinda thin fingers, they could easily be the first thing to break. She's quite cooperative and will do a lot of poses, and even more now I've hot-glue sueded her. I'm am very happy with this doll.

My old roommate got a tan Gena. Her posing was okay. I thought their tan color was beautiful. And Soom was really nice about his layaway.

I have a Soom Spinel (supergem 65 cm).
Resin: The resin seems like it's very nice quality. NS color does look a little yellow but it's not too bad. He feels very sturdy and has a lot of weight. The resin is also more porous than my other doll (AoD), so he takes to blushing and spraying of MSC better. I've heard that there are some issues with the knee joints cracking ever so slightly. But I don't often leave him standing or straight-legged with pressure being put on it. But I check weekly to see if there's any problems with it.
Quality: I love the Super Gem and Mecha Angel sculpts. They look a lot more realistic, which is what I like about them. Aside from the dolls themselves, the clothes and other items are very nice. I've bought clothes from them and also 2nd hand. All very nicely made. Beyond that, the customer service is really great. I was sent the wrong clothing item, I informed them, and they sent out the correct one right away. I even got to keep the wrong item. They were super helpful in answering my questions and were very great to deal with. Also, their silicone eyes are very nice too.
Poseability: Supergems are designed to stand very well. He doesn't have a problem with kicking, and has a great range of movement. His chest does like to flop around on me a lot though. He also holds his pose quite well. On my other doll, I had to suede her in order for her to hold a pose. My Spinel poses effortlessly. I've heard the Mecha Angels have an even greater range of movement. The only problem is that his feet like to twist around a lot if he's barefoot. I don't have this issue when he's in boots. But sneakers or barefoot? His feet twist everywhere. D:
