Today was my first time, it hurt... well lets say that it didn't feel good until it was over. My boyfriend kept asking me if I was okay, I was but I just really felt pain more then pleasure. I was very nervous too, another reason why I might think. But, if we do have sex again... how will I avoid it from hurting so much. Cause after, my legs ached.

You should not have sex if you're feeling very nervous. You need to feel comfortable with your partner and with sex before having it. If you're nervous or uncomfortable, you probably will feel pain or discomfort due to the v****a tightening, and that's not going to make if fun for anyone.
You should also be using a water-based lubricant. Lack of lubrication is the most common cause of pain during sex.
If relaxation and lubrication don't help, you would have to talk to your ob-gyn about the pain.
If you're only feeling pain in your legs, then you'll just have to try different positions. Some positions put a strain on the legs or give the legs a good workout. If that's too much for you, try a different position.
