The Water Elementalists have the Oceans and all the islands. Each island is fertile with food and fresh water. Even though you would not expect them to be much of anything since they only appear to be island goers, the bulk of their kingdom lies underwater. Water Elementalists cannot breath underwater for long periods of time (due to the effort and strain of seperating the oxygen molecules out of the water) so after they descend a couple hundred feet under the surface they enter their underwater kingdom. The closest thing it can be compared too is an underwater bubble built along the Ocean floor with a magnificent city inside. And it's not the only one. These bubbles completely litter the Ocean's floor, each it's own town, few elementalists actually live on the islands. Unfortunetly...all their supplies must be brought underwater from their islands which are usually under the attack of tropical storms, which doesn't help the harvests.
