The Wind Elementals lie in the montains of the country. Far enough up so that the air is thin, and high enough so that whether they have wings or not, they can fall from their peeks and land gracefull on the ground. There is no snow on these mountains, for all the snow is blown away or melted into water that further down becomes waterfalls. It is also never cold the higher up they go. In order to reach many of their cities, you have to conjure a gust to take you up unless you have wings on your own. They cannot grow crops at this altitude. All must be imported in from the bases of the mountains. Some of which technically lie in the Earth Kingdom.
