I'm still torn whether Sanzo would be a seme or uke though o.o I mean... he'd definetely cook, because Goku would destroy the kitchen, but still... >__<

In Saiyuki Reload Gunlock, there's an episode with Sanzo and Goku in aprons and Gojyo as a waiter because Hakkai stole Sanzo's card to teach them a lesson and they could't pay for food, so the two of them could go either way.
As for Hakkai, I have read a lot of Saiyuki fanfics, and by a lot I mean almost every one on LJ. Even IF Hakkai is uke, he still rules from the bottom!
