In vol.7 Rens manager says you look like a casanova (anyone who doesnt know what casanova means it means somone who's romantic and junk)and anyone who's read farther in the series than me don't give it away scream

Lol, I think it's just because Ren is really nice and considerate to everyone and a lot of his female co-workers easilly fall for this side of him. Couple that with his amazing talent and gorgeous looks and Ren's a natural chick magnet. The fact that girls always go ga-ga around him is what his manager is making fun of, but they both know that Ren's not one to mistreat or lead on a lady. Sides...Ren only has one true female for him...^.~
It's like a lady-killer, suave man, womanizer, etc. Basically it's a really sexy guy who is very good with the ladies. Someone who can say all the right things at the right times and is very romantic and charming, etc.
