Hi there! I hadn't even heard of Maplestory until I joined the guild to bump, but now I really want to see what it's about.
There's one problem though, I have dial-up.
Downloading Maplestory would take me months. Even the RAR version that's all split up. The first file alone is 40mb, and it takes me 3 hours to download a 3mb song as it is.
Is there a Maplestory CD you can buy somewhere so you don't have to download the whole program?
Also, would it run really slow for me since I'm on dial-up?

If it runs really slow, you would lag and get kicked out of maplestory. I wish there is a CD, but theres no CD. Maplestory's compadabitly is Cable.

I dunno, the ItCG is supposed to come with a disc =/. As for dial up issues, you will go slow, I played AND downloaded for a year or so with it...><

What does the disc contain then O_o? I kinda figured it would not be the game itself, but something to do with it =/

I have no idea, theres no itcg in hawaii yet.
I was reffering dat Cyndi has played MapleStory for 2 years

There are programs out there, that allow you to "supposively" download things faster than your internet speed allows you to. But I haven't tried it personally, so I cannot guarantee that it'll work.
I would guess, if you were to play MapleStory on dialup speed, it would most likely be laggy, if not delay-ish because of all the other players that are also playing. But you also have to take into account of your comp specs.
Lol. I started playing MS when the game was about 500mb to download.
