oh good, i still can try to answer the question. i think that it was her dad that killed them though, not sure if i heard right. i think that her dad was a body guard too, i think, and something about the emperor ordering his good friends, who were also guards, to kill him, and to protect him and balsa, he killed his friends. and i think that balsa felt guilty about this and thought it was her fault or something and swore an oath or something to make up for those lives. correct me if i'm wrong.
