With Wilson lying to house about being related to a patient (Wilson claimed she was his cousin) to get house to treat her. She was a kindergarten teacher and house diagnosed her with some sort of worm problem.

It was kinda cool that the worm was in her leg, so the audience can already draw the connection and learn something about House. And he gave her that dignity speech.

how it started? a kindergarden teacher was running late to her class and when she got there she was asking them how their weekend or something was and then she started talking about how she met someone and then one of the students asks if she told her parents about her new friend and then when she was about to give an answer she started babling like a baby. then she stagerd to the boured and wrote "call the nurse" and then she started seizing.
