ok i know theres the whole "What's your favorite part of the books?" But i thought I would just have one specifically for eclipse, since there are so many GREAT parts!
ok, my parts:
The part when Bella runs away the first time (and edward gets "mad")
When Bella runs away the last time, and she's asleep in Edward's couch, and he comes home (cue the romance)
When Jacob gets "punched" in the face, and Edward comes to the rescue
When Alice talks about doing her wedding and She yells for Edward all angry
The night He proposed to Bella (*squeal*)
The night in teh tent when jacob and Edward were talking
When edward comes back after bella and jake kiss (EWW)
The fight and the after fight
When Bella faints (*sigh* silly bella)
and of course the meadow scene at the end! ("I love you. I want you. Right now.") thats awesome....
I'll think of more, but right now there are those...(i know, its practically the whole book, right? I think u all can tell I'm OBSESSED with edward...but who isn't?...except for the wolf luvers...)

I would have to say the part when Edward is playing with the car part. That part made me crack up for some reason.

When Bella was trying to sneak off to La Push, but Edward takes her car apart to stop her. And then when he says "Shut the window if you don't want me to come over tonight. I'll understand." or something to that effect, Bella goes to close the window, looks at it for a second, then opens it again.

Oh my gosh. I have no clue what is my favorite part, I love the entire thing. In the second to last chapter, the meadow scene, that stands out the most in my mind though. I'll go with that then, the part where Bella wants to give in to Edward.
