Tuned. After all, how much is a NASCAR car? They can go faster than any 200k exotic. But yeah, I'd go with tuned. With a tuned car you say "I have personality AND cash" with a stock exotic you say "I have money but I'm a conformist". Yeah it would be nice to roll in a Lambo but a tuned to the max Skyline would turn almost as many heads and would most likely beat the Lambo in a race. And most street racers wouldn't race either against or in an exotic. Viper is as exotic as it really gets on the street scene.

Pretty much tuned. *points to DC2 in Sig* I hope to really have a Daily Driver EK9 soon smile . I'd rather go for tuning because like St_Evisser said you have 'personality and cash' and plus you might still have more money for more projects. For now I'll try to get a permit and license to get the daily driver EK9 or EG6. I still have this eg6 in my mind:
Engine swap B16a2 with B18c1
Forced Inducted
Silver Metallic Paint
White 16' Volks TE37
Spoon or Mugen Carbon Fiber front lip
C-West Side Skirt
Chargespeed rear spoiler
Seibon OEM Carbon Fiber hood
hoping for an estimate around 500 HP for some kicks

You can't tune up a Carrera GT unless you get it tuned from Gembella.

I'd go with the 200k Tuner...
Silvia S15 preferably, but an S2000, NSX, or FD RX-7 would be just dandy also. XD
But with an exotic... I can't really remember much off the top of my head that are at least 200k. I'd probably drive a Ferrari F430 at least.
