So....Ulquiorra's hair gets......longer???? I've noticed....but......really....maybe Tite Kubo is just drawing weird each time........whatever.....that's kinda creepy.

mabey the artist is trying to make ulquiorra look better but so not so many people would would notice he changes him slowly untill he gets him to look how he wants him to look, or at least thats what im doing when i do stuff like that in my manga smile

I'd never noticed Uliquorra's changing hair before! eek It's actually kinda neat. Wonder if any of the other hollows have had that sort of thing happen to them, or if it's just the artist getting used to the character. *ponders*

Yup, I noticed. His eyes also get bigger. xd But it makes a little bit of sense, your hair does grow... but most of tite kubo's other characters don't seem to grow/ change.... oh well.
oh, and i draw manga too (like in comics) and over time, characters ALWAYS change... its just hard to keep things looking the same all the time. also, change in style and stuff changes the characters... just look through tite kubos manga (from first volume to the most recent, #39)
