since I read a fanfiction which uses this song to describe their relation

hmm..... pretty much any song that I listen to will make me think of Sora/Riku in some way lol
but I think the two main ones that make me think of them are A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton and Slipped Away by Avril Lavigne
the songs sound kind of sad, but both are kinda about someone wanting someone who's far away and wanting to get to them. makes me think of when Riku was in the darkness and Sora was looking for him
I've also seen beautiful AMVs done with those two songs about Sora/Riku

My psycho musical loving self is saying All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera matches RikuxSora. lyrics: All I Ask of YouI'm looking at it this way: Sora is Raoul and Riku is Christine (XD. Christine!Riku sounds so funny). Once Riku is free of Ansem (the Darkness), he's being comforted by Sora. God, Sora being the man of the situation is making me laugh REALLY hard...
