Here's my most recent team if you want to rate it. I'm planning on making a new team due to this one being almost nothing but sweepers. lol
Hermes: Staraptor@ Choice Scarf Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Aerial Ace Brave Bird Close Combat U-Turn
Thor: Electivire@ Life Orb Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Quick Attack Ice Punch Thunder Punch Brick Break (I know he needs EQ)
Nightmare: Rapidash @ Razor Fang Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Hypnosis Mega Horn Poison Jab Flare Blitz
Anubis: Lucario @ Black Belt Modest EVs: 252 Sp.At and Spd, 6HP Aura Sphere Metal Sound Psychic Dark Pulse
Feraligator @ Wave Incense Adamant EVs: 252 Atk. and Sp.Df, 6 HP (presumedly, cuz it was traded to me) Crunch Dragon Dance Waterfall Ice Punch
Torterra @ Leftovers Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Def, 6HP (again presumed EVs, cuz it was traded to me) Seed Bomb Protect Earthquake Stealth Rock
I want to keep Feraligator, Staraptor, and Electivire on my team, but I don't know who I want to replace the others with.

Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that I plan on breeding a new Feraligator and Torterra due to not knowing the actual EVs of these two pokes. If anyone has any suggestions for new team members I'm open to them and thank you in advance. smile

Hermes: Staraptor@ Choice Scarf Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Aerial Ace Brave Bird Close Combat U-Turn
Hmm... this Staraptor looks pretty good. I have no problems. Very much so looks like a Staraptor set I've created :p though I don't agree with Choice Scarf. Get Staraptor in a Jolly nature and give it Choice Band. U-Turn will due more damage, and you outspeed many starters. The only starter I can see you struggling with that can hurt you is Weavile.
Thor: Electivire@ Life Orb Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Quick Attack Ice Punch Thunder Punch Brick Break (I know he needs EQ)
No. I am going to refuse this moveset. I've created a masterpiece out of Electivire. Try this set
Electivire@Expert Belt Jolly - 252 Attack and Speed Motor Drive
Thunderpunch Ice Punch Substitute Meditate
Once Vire sucks in one electric move, he is pretty much faster than most of the Pokemon you see. You are faster than Gengar, Starmie, Azelf and possibly Weavile. This set works very well if you are provided the chance to use Meditate at least two times. Pokemon like Blissey will expect a Cross Chop from you so they will either Ice Beam you or switch out. They will probably switch out to something faster than you once they see one Meditate. Once you've done one, use Substitute and then sweep away if possible.
Nightmare: Rapidash @ Razor Fang Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Spd, 6HP Hypnosis Mega Horn Poison Jab Flare Blitz
I've never really used Rapidash so I will leave this set alone.
Anubis: Lucario @ Black Belt Modest EVs: 252 Sp.At and Spd, 6HP Aura Sphere Metal Sound Psychic Dark Pulse
Your Lucario looks pretty good, but I don't see how it is able to pull off Metal Sound. I would replace that for Dragon Pulse.
Feraligator @ Wave Incense Adamant EVs: 252 Atk. and Sp.Df, 6 HP (presumedly, cuz it was traded to me) Crunch Dragon Dance Waterfall Ice Punch
This set is good, but not so sure on the EV spread.
Torterra @ Leftovers Adamant EVs: 252 Atk and Def, 6HP (again presumed EVs, cuz it was traded to me) Seed Bomb Protect Earthquake Stealth Rock
Never used a Torterra so I can't say anything about it.

Agreed. For Staraptor, a choice band would be a much better choice. Either that or Life Orb, but that's really dependant on how much your Staraptor loves to live on the edge. xp
I'd opt to remove Aerial Ace from Staraptor since it already has Brave Bird. Replace it with either Endeavor or Quick Attack. Trust me, using Endeavor to weaken opponent pokes for the rest of your team to finish works miracles in those situations where your opponent has a good wall in place that you need to get rid of in a hurry. Quick Attack is mainly for protection against Reversal/Flail users and to take down other weakened but faster foes. From a Base 120 ATK + STAB + CB/LO, Quick Attack does alot of damage to anything not Resistant/Immune to it.
I'll look over the rest of your team and give a few suggestions (if needed) on them later.
