heart Taking a nice.. HOT.. relaxing, refreshing shower
heart Wrapping up after in a soft fuzzy warm bathrobe
heart Wearing a favorite silky bra or silky underwear
heart Putting on a favorite scented lotion
heart Wearing fuzzy warm socks
heart Sitting down with a nice cup of Mint Tea (or Chai!) and covering with a soft blanket
heart Getting peaceful time alone at the computer, undisturbed!
heart Snuggling under the covers and having the bed all to myself!

mrgreen Opening my box of diet food and finding a reward
mrgreen Finding out the scale actually has good news for me
mrgreen The positive reinforcement my 9 year old is so good at giving
mrgreen Enjoying one of my collections
mrgreen A nice clean house when I still have time/energy to do somthing fun
mrgreen Having time to play on the computer with the TV tuned to something good
mrgreen Skimming the pool cause it is excercise and I have the energy now!
