I was just watching the DVD for series 7, and caught the unmade episode where Cat will die unless he has sex with a female of his own species.
The story was narrated by Chris Barrie, and was a series of drawings made for the episode. It was written by someone I never heard of before, and was not made for financial reasons.
It ws funny in places, but really different. I;m not sure if I would have liked it as an RD episode or not.
Anyone else see it, and have an opinion?

I have not seen it, but it be very strange. Seems pretty neat.

I think I'll watch it this weekend to see how good it might have been. I like how it explains what happened to the cat people.

The cat people was a race which RD could have used for some interesting episodes, or even a spin-off. A wasted opportunity!

I shall watch it asap.
It does seem strange that they didn't explain what happened to the cat people, instead it appears they assumed people would read the books to find out.
