I think it depends on the voice actor, but I know a lot of people are opinionated on this subject, so, what do you think?

Some are good, some aren't so good. I don't think there's such a thing as a "bad" voice actor as if they were bad then they wouldn't get hired in the first place.

Dub voices always sound dubbed.

The only time they really bother me is if they don't fit the character well, like Kitsune in Love Hina. Her original japanese voice is good, but in the dubbed version she has an Alabama accent or something confused

I think when it's really obviously bad is when North American companies take certain shows and bring them over to produce them for children...That bothers me a lot...I really love subtitles, I think original is the best but if you need to dub stuff I feel that finding the right voice actor should have a little bit more importance.

I think most all of them are really good...I mean, all that yelling and dramatics...you think you could do it...I'd be laughing cynically too hard...and they really get the char in good...and the timing has to be right and all that...and you''re in a black box alone...they do it reallly well for all that...

Some dubs are good, but the subs are usually better. (There ARE exceptions though.)

If it doesn't fit the character it's really crappy. Take Sanji for instance, his voice doesn't fit him. As long as t fits the character, they're doing a good job.
Edit: Sanji from One Piece in English.

I think most of the dubs are pretty good. Like Tsukasa Elric said, they have to be good to be hired. But Inu-chan95 is right, Sanji's voice is totally off. I've never seen the original One Piece, but I'm pretty sure Sanji's not from Brooklyn. Besides, the accent is totally contrived. If he dropped that, then it could work. Isn't the lollipop enough?

I treat them the same as I would with a Japanese voice actor. The only reason I'm able to point out the bad ones more quickly is because I can understand the English voice actors. Anyways, I think voice actors are getting a lot better, especially when it comes to fitting the voices of their characters. I think of dubs and subs equally, for the most part.

It depends on the voice actor's "voice" and if they're cast properly for the character they're voicing.
