I've always been fasinated by words of wisdom. Intriguing sayings that holds truths and advice in them. I figure this is a good place to share that which we have learned from others.
Because, after all, "Its important to learn from other's mistakes, because you won't live long enough to make them all yourself."
I've already given one, so I'll continue with a few more.
-"The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits."
-"The boss says, 'Go!' The leader says, 'Let's go!'"
-"You will never stub your toe standing still. But the faster you go, the more chance you have have of getting somewhere."
-"Give the best you have to the highest you know, and do it now."
-"One doesn't discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time."
And one more for now:
-"Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, and the lesson afterwards."
Those are some of my favorite words of wisdom. Please share some of yours.
