How much did you pay? And please tell me you played it before buying... also, it's not a good idea to use a horn that has just been made, the likelihood of it cracking (unless it's a greenline, but you sacrifice some dark tone) is higher than a broken in instrument and the stock pads and corks are honestly crap. I've done repair and have my own clarinets professionally worked on BEFORE even buying it. Cork pads are the norm now, but the white leather is catching on too.
