[] I used to bump a lot and people would pay me to bump their threads, so that definitely helped with my post count. I guess being here since early 2005 could've had something to do with it too. I don't post nearly as much as I used to. []

I used to have an average of about 28 posts per day...
And then I lost interest.

Indeed they do, especially if it's a new shop that needs some attention. I forget which subforum you can find bumping services under, but it should still exist. The company I worked with died, so that's why I don't do it anymore. Never bothered finding another one.
