There's more truth to that than you might know. A few people have proudly declared they've never played past disc 1, or even the original game. It's kind of mind boggling.
Yeah I'm pretty sure they got all emo once they saw that Masumune go straight through their princess and couldn't bear to play anymore through all their tears. XD
Don't get me wrong. I was pretty damn shook up when I found out Aeris died. I even made a tribute vid (when I was 13 and it was my first one and it ROCKED) But I still finished the game. Made sure I did too.
I've never been much of a gamer at all and once I got through the second disc it was crunch time and I couldn't put it down. I remember staying up late so I could finish the game and boy do I remember the HW scene well XD.
