I have made another account for keeping bugs and trash in. I send all gold and dailysI pick up to this account. I also picked up some quest items and sent them to myself. I have looked everywhere I can think of for a rule list on what other accounts can do. Anyway am I in danger of being banned? If so, I will stop using the other account ASAP.

The only thing I've heard about that can be dangerous is using your mules to "farm" events. People have claimed that they've accidentally tripped the bot detector by having multiple accounts on at once during an event and rapidly switching between them to do the event. But, those are just claims. There's no way to tell if that was the real reason or if it was something else.
There's nothing against the rules about sending your Daily Chance stuff from your mules to your main. The only suggestion I would make is, just to be on the safe side, don't necessarily do it every day and when you do, if you have both accounts on at once, don't move too fast, since the people I've seen have claimed that moving too quickly between accounts is what seemed to have tripped the detectors.
The only other mule restriction that I know if is that you can't use mules to place multiple entries in official Gaia contests.

Welcome ^^
That should be completely fine. Especially if you're not having both accounts on at once. All of the reports I've seen of people getting in trouble have been having multiple accounts on at once. I'll sometimes have two accounts on at once, but that's for RPing purposes, so there's no way I'd move fast enough to accidentally trip the bot detector, lol.

Bot detectors? I always use my 2 accounts to do events and I have never recive a warning or something. Wow, I didn't know that bot detectors existed or that they work that way

Like I said, I've seen people claiming that's what happened to them. There's no way to know if they're telling the truth.
I use my mules for events too. But I don't usually have more than one on at once. Or, if I do, I don't switch really quick between them. That seems to be the thing that can possibly cause problems: Fast, constant switching between multiple accounts.
