 Well, there is the design. The ribbon going through the lace will be solid pink, but the other ribbon has the nickname my boyfriend gave me printed on it. razz retty Kitty". I'm going to wear it to my anniversary of 3 years. My friend has a lolita shop she sells dresses and things from that I design. ^_^ Oh, and the dress is supposed to be white with dark pink ribbon. (P.S. The see through is to help the designer get an idea of the length and stuff.)

Skizzors Oh, wow, that's a really cute design! whee Is your friend's shop online? yep. It's here: http://1kitai.livejournal.com/:3 The designs so far were done on MS Paint. I am gonna do more, but her store isn't doing well at all so there wasn't a big hurry. crying She makes cute dresses. I wish she could do better. :3 I help her all I can.

Is it a one piece? It looks like a two piece to me
I like the skirt... um... yeah Im kinda speechless because I ranted my heart out at another forum about my mom XP
Yeah my mom is a handfull.
so about your friend, is she taking commissions. Most of the people on LJ that usually do good commissions are full for the year and stuff sad
Is she good?

She hasn't been busy and she needs the work. She is not a novice seamstress, but she just started working on lolita. She could use practice. It's not a 2 piece. That's actually a seam where both are put together. :3 My drawing wasn't 100%... :3 i had to explain that to her actually.

I actually really LOVE the Emperium design you two have come up with.
I think people would be more willing to buy if they could see actual photos of these dresses.

I think people would be more willing to buy if they could see actual photos of these dresses. financially she hasn't been able to do the finished designs from the cost, but when i get the commission i asked her for i will post the picture.

alicedoll  that's just awful honestly i must agree it really looks poor quality and looks more maid then lolita. Is it even long enough to cover to the knees? it really doesnt look like it would. At best id say it was a french maid's mini skirt instead of lolita. =/

I know I sound really terrible right now, and I don't mean to be rude. There was no lolita stuff that had been made when I looked. In the lolita section there were just the MS Paint pictures. I think that it is an awesome way to raise money for a wedding, but looking at all the things that your friend is selling, I'd say that she needs to practice at making a good product. If it is not pleasing to the eye, then more than likely nobody will want to buy.
