So some people do not believe in aliens because of religious beliefs, some people are religious and believe anyways. Others are not religious and believe, and others aren't religious and don't believe. Which one are you?
This is a discussion on how aliens can or can't exist regardless of what religion/holy books say.
Are you religious? Do you believe they exist? Do you believe they're smarter then us, just as intelligent, less intelligent, completely dumb? Do you believe they're more like humans or animals? Do you believe they rule themselves like we do? Do you believe in aliens having God(s) and religion(s)? Etc. etc.

Yeah, I'm religious. I also believe that there definitely is an extraterrestrial presence. I mean, let's say we were created by a divine entity....are we that self centered to believe we were the only creations? But believing in extraterrestrial life and religion do sometimes clash. Extraterrestrial life doesn't always mean intelligence; but the ones in the Spacecraft, I'd like to believe they are smarter than us. If they were dumber, but they had the secrets to space travel, how smart does that make us? I think they are like humans, but there is a possibility that some have a different bodily structure. Some may be so "spiritually" advanced that they have no need of a physical body, and just occupy a body composed of light energy. They definitely do rule themselves, but I think some don't have complicated governments; maybe just a council of highly intellectual, spiritual, intelligent individuals. ((Btw you should read Alien Agenda by Jim Marrs. It's a great read)) As for the aliens having religion? Not sure.
