Is it possible? Because my school only has one french horn player. Shes leaving next year and I was thinking about asking if I could play sortof in her place.
Is it difficult to learn a new instrument? (in general)
I hate my trumpet section! They're all arrogant assholes! I rather be my own section!
So is it difficult to switch from the trumpet to french horn? If so, are there alot of differences?
Help would be greatly appreciated!

It really shouldn't be to hard for you to switch.. it has a tighter mouthpiece but not to much.. I'm sure there will be things you will have trouble with it. But a good challenge is always fun.
