In one of the trees near the Audio shop, a lone female lazed across a branch. She purred softly as she got close to just falling asleep. Her black tipped tail hung off the side of the branch, swishing idly back and forth, unaware of anything or anyone that may be below her... if there was anyone. She had come this way to meet others, mainly demons like her, but all she found was an empty shop. Slightly disappointed, the demoness made her way outside to where she saw trees, being more comfortable there than where the 'furniture' was placed. Perhaps if she waited long enough, while still trying to stay awake, someone would show up that she could talk to.

A soft chuckle seemed to whisper from the leaves as they blew from the chilling winds. The dim-lit sun graced its fading light upon the shop, wading down before it would leave it to slumber in peace. The moving picture was quiet other than the wind forcing it's melody to be heard, even if it was a quiet one. As if a sudden homage to the wind, a small shadow crept into the trees, adding it's own song. It crept silently, dancing with the leaves themselves. As it reached the branches just overhead of the only other being in the area, it finally stopped. Two red eyes poked through the darkness, turning its gaze below. It was followed by a set of teeth, sharp fangs glistening in the dim lighting. A coated figure eventually emerged, grinning widely at the female as if there was nothing else left to amuse him within a 50-mile radius.
As the shadows finally settled, he found his placing. His glasses hid his eyes as they gleamed the same color as the fading light. Tapping his tail against the tree, he bent down rather rudely in front of her. "Well, well. What do we have here?"

Neko was completely unaware of anyone around, that is, until a face came into her line of sight. This sudden appearance called her to jump slightly, slipping from her perch on the branch. Luckily, her claws were able to dig into the bark before she completely fell, catching herself. With an annoyed growl, she flipped herself back onto the branch, crouching down and glancing up to the one who had caused her to fall in the first place.
Her lime colored eyes scanned the male before her. He dressed oddly, though, then again, who didn't to her. Her tail gave a slow flick before letting out a small snort. "You probably thought that was funny."

Watching her snort at him caused him to grin slightly as he continued to lean over her. "Funny? Joy ... but never in the senseless humiliation of others." He tilted his head, bringing himself back to a straight seating position. His tail twitched as it slowly faded in-between the shadows. Stifling a yawn, the old bat crossed his arms over his chest to watch the remaining light fade out. Considering he could feel the glares piercing in the back of his head, he smiled, rather amused. "I was excited to find finally someone interesting around here, but perhaps I was wrong in my assumptions." He noted her attitude, the feel she even gave off to him. She wasn't like the others. She wasn't mortal. But.. was she any fun?

"The grin on your face says otherwise stranger." She replied as she easily leapt onto a branch next to him. She sat herself onto the branch, crossing her feet under her as her bright green eyes watched him. There was something different about him compared to the others that she knew, but she couldn't quite place her finger on it... not just yet. "Perhaps, but it also depends on what you consider to be interesting."

He arched a brow, watching her seat herself even closer to him. His red eyes fought off her own green gaze, his tail still flicking slightly. His grin however remained, a small fang slowly edging its way outwards. "Hmm? I have no idea what you speak of." He shrugged, turning his gaze upwards to the moon. While the trees blocked the majority of it, the light it emitted was still a beautiful sight to him.
Musing for a bit, the male finally, yet softly spoke out. "Interesting...? That would depend... Most of the trash that fills the earth these days are no longer interesting.... No .. they are more irritating." He tilted his head, turning back to the other. "And you, are you different than them?"

Rolling her eyes at his answer, she just let it go as her tail flicked below the branch she was on. So far, she wasn't liking this stranger too much, but this was only by first impression. Green eyes scanned the area, wondering if there had been anyone else around that she might have missed, but she didn't sense anyone at all. Neko moved her attention elsewhere, though her ears remained 'vigil' on the off chance he said something else... which he did.
Upon him speaking again, she slowly returned her gaze to him. She quirked a brow at his statement for a moment before letting out a sigh. Looking away to push some hair out her face, she replied softly. "Hmmm... I find myself to be different than most." She paused, glancing up to him once more, "but then again, my idea of 'different' may be different from yours. Especially since I don't know what irritates you rather than interests you."

He paused, stopping to think for a bit. She was indeed different. He watched her beautiful, green eyes take in what it could find. His own, blood red eyes merely flickered in response. There was no one else. If there was, he wouldn't have been out in the first place. Tilting his head, he shrugged at the other, by now knowing his impression was sour in her eyes.
"Perhaps... our views might be different. But how would one know?" He tilted his head back straight, simply staring at the other. "I'm old, and tired. Also dead according to most. Surely someone as breathtaking as you would have different views. Considering we lived in different times." With that he frowned, barely noticeable. He wasn't sure why he said that. His idea of fun would be a fight, not a conversation in a tree.

Inwardly, the cat demon was relieved that there wasn't anyone else around, after finishing her search. She was still rather new to this place and didn't believe she could manage talking to more than one person at a time. The other before her was a bit 'odd', but then again, she was sure that she might considered odd by others, or at least him.
At his statement and question about their views, Neko shrugged. When he mentioned being old, tired and ... dead, she got a slightly confused look on her face, but didn't say anything about it. Instead, she just gave her tail a flick. "Well, there is nothing wrong with having one's own views, even if we do live in different times. No one would have any meaning if everyone shared the same views."
