I shun my family birthdays , including mine.
'cuz last year, on my birthday I learned I wasn't geneticly related to my mom.
Then on my older brothers birthday, a friend ditched me and I still havent gotten over it.
Then in my dads birthday, I got to stand in the rain for an hour and a half.
Lucky me. >.<

D: Last year, I was throwing up and barely had the strength to go out anywhere because I had a kidney infection >.<; And didn't know it.
The other year, my dad yelled at me and told me to grow up 'cuz I was 18 now.
When I turned 17, my boyfriend broke up with me =o= After I found out he was cheating on me.
I know how you feel v.v;

So we're talking about horrible birthdays now? That's random, lol. Let's see.... well, when I was twelve, I learned my parents had to get one of our dogs put to sleep like two days before my birthday... That wasn't a very good present. And last year, my 19th birthday, my sister planned a party of her own on my birthday [I'm sure you remember me bitching about it] and we ended having to celebrate it a couple days later when I was sick... Oh, and when I was like... thirteen, my mother gave me the 'you have to start be more mature' lecture and then refused to give me a note for being late because it was 'my fault' so I almost got into trouble.
My birthday is so near Christmas, though. That's not typically when people tend to announce bad news, or get into fights.

Unfortunately last year's birthday was sandwiched between my cat being put to sleep and my mom going in for surgery to remove some cancerous growths in her breast.
