Arvis_Jaggamar Neverending Raine Did you guys know about this? They're re-doing Final Fantasy 7 for the Ps3 in higher graphics.

There's also that new spin-off coming out for the PsP. My brother already has it reserved

Alot of people still think this. And ignore that folks that say "it won't happen" or "it'll probably just be on the PSP." If a remake happens, Nomura will be the main guy in charge of it, and that man LOVES the PS3. Also, I just read an interview in PTOM where Hajime Tabata (director of Crisis Core) says that a PS3 remake is more likely if "the schedules of the original members of the Final Fantasy VII development team, such as Kitase and Nomura, open up." So there is hope. mrgreen @Blues: I think I'll decide of a FFVI remake will ruin my memories of the game. And I say it won't.

Right now the rumor is that so long as the FF remakes on PSP go well, FFVII will be coming to it. Not to mention that there's been another FFVII spinoff made for PSP. I will be so surprised if they ever will remake that game. That tech demo was made tp show the power of the PS3. But seriously, they could have done a better job. The FF project for PSP has already started. I think they've done I, II, ans III, and that could be a fairly ok sign that it is coming. I remember seeing that on G4! Have they remade 3 for the psp? I haven't seen it in stores...

Darlin' trust me when I say you weren't the first one who thought that was a trailer for a remake when it was first realsed. Don't feel bad. If I hadn't seen it on tv...I think on X-Play...I probably would have been inclinded to think the same thing.

 Don't be. I was confused (a tad bit furious as well) when that Tech Demo came out for a good few months. Hey, Im still waiting on Sadness and Black Mesa.

I didn't belive they will come out with a remake, since they said that this is what FFVII could look like on the PS3. They were showing off the power of the PS3, not an example of a real game.
