I don't know if it only me but I feel the world Is getting Dumber by the second

Television Makes my head hurt

Music is terrible

the other day i was in auto zone and i saw some lighter that the dumb down were it was just a button........... the first thing that pops in my head is what happens when a child get hold of one of these lighters

maybe its just me but things that I see makes me think were falling down a hole

I've been saying for years that the world is getting dumber. Now, when people do stuff, I'm not too surprised, because I've given up hope on the human species.

I shant go into that but I will say this about the subject:

I've always thought that a good population of people were "stupid" but I never really judged it. I don't blame tv or video games either due to the fact that it doesn't always bring out bad things in people. I'd go to say it's due to a wide spread of conformity and the failure to think for oneself.

Dunno if I can say that the whole world is getting dumber. Maybe the fact that people realize that there are many dumb things going on in the world is actually a sign that we are catching on. surprised

Anywho, the first post is a little confusing. I didn't understand the AutoZone story at all. xp

I hate tv, I barely watch the news anymore. Music is so degrading its unbelievable. People are becoming more insane by the hour and their education and logical thinking is deteriorating.

I'll have to agree. the good quality stuff you really have to dig deep. as much as i love the minstrel show of B.E.T. or the truely farcical nature of M.T.V. you have to look deeper to get to the real talented stuff.

not to mention the "fair and balanced" news. (news is based of area so I cant say much to specific example.) Fox 6 news is always the best.

the populations logic and discourse, is dumbing down. the great thing about this is that if your smart enough to use resources, like the internet, then you can be a god among ants.

I realized the majority of the population was stupid in my sophomore year of high school. Shortly after, I became a cynical b*****d.

Honestly, it's been that way for thousands (or millions, depending on your beliefs) of years. The world's not getting dumber -- you're just realizing more and more exactly how stupid it is, like Passion said. Or did she say that? I might've misread.

And, like others have said, you're not really one to talk >_>; Not to be insulting, but your grammar is rather atrocious.
