Hufflepuff Common Room

Here, in the Hufflepuff dungeon, a comfortable common room for all Hufflepuffs, young and somewhat older.. A fireplace, with a fire merrily burning in it's grates, and lots of chairs, sofas and other places to nestle down in to chat, catch up with homework or just do nothing at all. ~

Maylynn walked into the warm common room looking around at the friendly room. She couldn't belive how nice the entire castle had been. The last mounth had been full of excitment at her welcoming into the wizarding world. It seemed like every where she turned there was a new surprise.From what she had heard about Hufflepuff she would fit in quite wall.

Kira walked out from the girl's dormitory, grinning as she spotted Maylynn. She hopped over to the younger girl. "Hey! I haven't seen you around here too often...it's nice to meet you! My name's Kira." She said enthusiastically.

Miranda walked into the common room with a sigh. It had only been an average day. She hadn't talked to people as much as she'd wanted to and managed to turn up late to almost every single class.
I've gotta cop on, I'm a fifth year now! She thought to herself before noticing the people already in the room and caught the tail end of a guys talking
"call me Willy and you are?"
Despite the fact that it wasn't directed at her Miranda jumped at the chance to introduce herself to an unfamiliar face
"Hi I'm Miranda" she said brightly "Nice to meet you"

Lily padded from the Dorms down to the common room in bare feet. She sat down in a chair and relaxed, then pulled out a book and began to read.

Mark came downstairs from the boy's dormitories and sat down in a chair in the corner. He began reading his Defence against the Dark Arts book, paying little attention to his surroundings
