Climbing herself off of Shawn, her glare depleted and she looked at him with sullen eyes. "Um....." she thought as she wondered how in the world to handle the atmosphere. "...Th...Thank you..." she said in a small voice before suddenly a flash of light with the sound of a shutter came to order.
"Hehehehehehe!" laughed Nana as she watched the eyes of her daughter. "I got it all on camera, goodness I am so happy for you Ge-ge!" her mom spouted in utter glee.

"Yo-Your welcome..." Shawn said, still confused. Then his face turned completely red as he noticed Nana with a video camera. He had never been this embarrassed in his life. His eyes widened immensely and he ran into the backyard, almost forgetting to open the door on his way out. Then he climbed up a tree and sat on the 2nd branch up. If he was gonna talk to Greed, he wanted to do it without her mother and her video camera.

"Momma, look what you go and do!" Greed retorted at her mother's actions as she ran after Shawn. "Shawn!" she called as she looked at the tree and began to climb up it. "Sorry Shawn!" she called as she threaded up the tree.
Even though she knew she did something wrong, Nana just laughed. "Young love..." she sighed with a smile.

After he calmed down and the embarrassment left somewhat, Shawn greeted Greed with a smile as she came up. "It-it's okay. I just don't like cameras. Especially when... yeah..." Shawn scratched his head and looked around, noticing a bird's nest a few branches about with a mother bird feeding her young. He decided to change the topic. "You know, it's kind-of nice up here. We should build a tree house together one day. I know of a tree that would be perfect for it."

Nodding to Shawn, she looked at the same nest. "Yeah, we should. But wouldn't it take long? If it were just you and me, it would take a while...Especially to get all the pieces of wood and stuff up here too." she said, looking at the other branches and leaves.

Shawn shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know. It was just a thought. Maybe it would be easier with some help." He started turning red again as he thought about what had just happened... and the fact that Greed's mom had a video of it to prolong the embarrassment. Then he grew wide eyed. "Greed, do know what time it is?"

Ducking her head passed the leaves of the tree, she calculated the position of the sun. "Uh...around quarter passed three..." she said, believing in her estimate. "Why? Do you have to go home?" she added, a short spout of not wanting that to happen hitting her greatly.

Shawn was impressed by Greed's ability to estimate the time using merely the sun. Unfortunately, his mom was due back very soon. "I really don't want to go, but I probably should soon. My mom will be home in about fifteen to twenty minutes. It's not like I left a note or anything." Then he looked at Greed and noticed a disappointed expression on her face. "But I'll come back! And you can stop over anytime you want." After a couple of moments of hesitation he leaned over and kissed her on the cheek and jumped down. He then opened his arms offering to catch her.

Nodding, she turned red from the kiss on the cheek. Looking down as he fell, she thought he was going to leave already...But he had opened her arms to her in an attempt to catch her. She made no hesitation, as he pushed her legs over the branch. "I'm coming down!" she yelled as she pushed off and fell.

He held his arms steady as he caught her, glad that he didn't drop her. He brushed an ant off of his arm along with some dirt. "It looks like I may need another bath later." The he glanced over at the door, a little reluctant to leave. "Come over some time?"

Smiling like a princess in a prince's arm, she giggled and nodded. "A'course." she said pushing some of her bangs out of her eyes. Darting her way back to the sun she frowned as she spied the silhouette of her mother in the kitchen window. "Did Momma do anything to upset you?" she asked worried.
