Has anyone read these books?
~Crank. ~Burned. ~Impulse. ~Glass.
What do you think of these books?
Personally, I like the style they are written in. I am currently reading Impulse, and it makes me love this author even more.

I have read Crank, and I bought Impulse but haven't read it just yet. The books are quite depressing, so, I'm saving it for a depressing opportunity.... "Lol"? x3
I agree with you regarding the style of her books. Each page is a different poem, but tells a story when you read them all together, and it's very unique and interesting - it's not as painstaking as some books because you can go through a lot of pages very fast.
What makes Ellen Hopkins great? She really knows what she's writing about. She's not making it up off of the top of her head or assuming what the experiences are like - she has a great understanding of what people go through during the hard times she writes about.
