So, how is everyone today? Hope you're all doing good!
Anyway, I just wanted to know...What's the quickest way to get an animal's picture? I've been trying with Dizzy, but it isn't working!

In general:
Talk to them every day. Send them a letter every day with a present attached.
Specifically:
People have "tested" and say that if you send a neighbor 24 consecutive letters (in one day), and attach 100 bells to each letter, they should give you their picture the next time you see them.
But I've never tried it, because I consider that "cheap".

I see, well if worse comes to worse, I could always use that approach.
